About Alexa

I am a New Hampshire Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with families, adolescents and adults.

Prior to private practice, I worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in pediatric clinics on multidisciplinary teams in the seacoast supporting families across the life span. I have worked with families from prenatal support to adolescents launching into adulthood in focus areas such as: trauma, parenting support, anxiety disorders, OCD, eating disorders, depression, chronic medical conditions, life transition and loss.

I believe the most courageous people are the ones who sit across from me in therapy. To vulnerably identify and work through patterns in our selves or our family takes courage and hard work. I can’t do the work for you, but I will support you every step of the way. I do this by making therapy sessions safe and productive. I prioritize clients feeling listened to and validated while also keeping them focused on who they want to become. I recognize that therapy is an investment of resources (time and money), and I believe in holding myself accountable to help clients feel more confident getting back to their lives.
